Located in the heart of Limassol, this office building features a welcoming ground-floor reception, four levels of workspace, an intermediate mechanical floor, and a rooftop terrace with an enclosed conference room and an outdoor event area.

The design prioritizes innovation, ergonomics, and user-friendly work environments, recognizing the long hours people spend in these spaces. The goal was to rethink office movement with adaptable indoor and outdoor areas that enhance flexibility and interaction.

By incorporating semi-open spaces, strategic shading, and greenery suited to the local climate, the building fosters open-air business meetings and relaxation areas, creating a dynamic and inviting workspace.

Each floor of the building has a unique layout, and the facades are designed to optimize outward views, enhancing the sense of space. By aligning with the subtle curve of the street, the design creates a seamless interaction between public and private areas while offering employees a dynamic, ever-changing perspective of the surroundings.

As with all Mediterranean architecture, the sun and climate played a key role in the design process. While shading was essential, the goal was to maintain a strong connection to the outdoors. A thorough analysis of the sun’s path throughout the year allowed for maximum exposure in winter while ensuring protection in summer. The southern façade features an adjustable ceramic louver system that controls sunlight exposure, ranging from fully closed to more open configurations, depending on its proximity to semi-open spaces. Meanwhile, the northern façade, which receives no direct sunlight, incorporates a suspended system of climbing plants on metal wires from the mechanical floor, filtering natural light and enriching the workspace environment.
